Add a new footer to your account. To view default formatting for footers, use the Get footer list API. The default footer (id 0) contains standard elements that you might want to re-use while creating a new footer.
When you add a new footer, Act-On automatically assigns an id. You can, however, assign a meaningful footer title of your choosing.
NOTE: the request must be URL form encoded.
